The top shelf shouldn't need a step stool.
Most closets are built with one high rod and one high shelf. That means climbing on a stool or chair to reach things, or bending to the floor to dig for shoes. Both are easy ways to lose your balance. A closet built at the right heights takes those risks away and makes getting dressed easier every day.

What materials do you use?
We install furniture-grade closet systems: 3/4" board with a thermally fused laminate finish, solid wood drawers, and quality hardware. They're made in the USA and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Is it sturdy enough to lean on?
Every unit is mounted to the wall studs with mounting cleats, so it won't tip. A closet system isn't a grab bar, though. If you need something to hold for balance, we'll add a real grab bar nearby.
Can you lower the rod in my existing closet?
Yes. Even without a full system, moving a rod and shelf to a reachable height is a quick, affordable fix.
How long does an install take?
Most installs are done in about half to full day.
Can you add a light inside the closet?
Yes. We install battery-powered motion lights that come on when you open the door, with no wiring needed.
