Five-star reviews
The riskiest climb in the house is often the one to the attic.
Old wooden pull-downs get loose, creaky, and narrow with age, and they're usually climbed with both hands full of holiday boxes. If a family member still heads up there, a solid ladder with wide steps is one of the simplest ways to keep that trip safe.

Attic ladder questions
Does replacing my old ladder cost more?
No. A replacement is the same flat price as a new install, and removing and hauling away the old ladder is included.
Do I need a quote?
Usually not. Our pricing is flat-rate with no hidden fees. Just tell us your ceiling height and whether it's on the second floor.
Is a garage install priced differently?
No. A replacement is the same flat price as a new install, and removing and hauling away the old ladder is included.
What if my opening is too small, or I don't have attic access?
Usually not a problem, and it's included in the price. We lengthen the opening in the ceiling drywall to fit a longer, safer ladder, working between your existing ceiling framing so nothing structural is cut. If you don't have attic access yet, we can usually add a new opening the same way.
How long does an install take?
Most installs are done in about half a day.
